My god that shit is terrible.
You download an app, the company preload interview questions, it gives you 30 seconds to think about your answer and then it starts recording you via front facing camera. It gives you 2 extra money opportunities to re record and it shows the clock ticking away on the screen. So basically any time you trip up on a sentence your instinct is to bail on the recording and start over. I seriously need a drink after that shit. Now going fwd every other interview will be a picnic.
