Just Found like 30 of Nigel Benn's

fights. I didn't even know I had them. I had a dvd on the shelf and couldn't remember what was on it, and it turns out i have just about his whole career here. Go figure

btw, Benn cheats even in his earliest fights, so all that BS in the McClellan fight was no accident. Reminds me alot of Lennox Lewis that way. Lennox was cheating and fouling even in his first 3 or 4 fights

lol, i'm watching the fights man. Benn's getting warnings all over the place for pulling people into punches, rabbit punches, etc

lol, Benn hits behind the head on almost every one of these matches. He hits low alot too, and he's called for pulling people and hitting them at the same time more than once. You guys can call that whatever you want

You can say Lennox isn't as dirty as Tyson if you like, but when they fought, Lennox was the one losing points for cheating

Gator, I dont care how many Benn fights you think were televised. Just like I dont' care that you think Gatti knocked Ward down in their third fight. I have them right here, I watched them all last night, its about 25 of them actually. I dont' have the two with Eubank here, and I know both of them were televised. So the guy had around 30 fights on tv whether you realize it or not

well all that shows is that British refs were biased towards him. And who gives a shit if it wasn't televised in the US? You think i can't get fights from the UK?

Gator, i will never for the life of me understand how you can act like you know what you're talking about after you come on here and say nonsense like Vince Phillips knocked Micky Ward down in their fight.

I already said I DON'T CARE if you think i don't have them. Anyone who wants to come over to my house and watch 25 Nigel Benn fights is welcome to. Anyone who wants to get on ebay and look will find about 5 guys selling 30 of Nigel's fights on DVD. Apparently i could make some big money selling these impossible to find gems to Gator, cause he is the only one who doesn't think they exist.

So Gator, what do you say? I'll sell you these fights for $1000 apiece. You'll be the only guy on Earth who has them. You could get rich selling them to people all over the world.

"All Lewis did was push down an already hurt Tyson. Hardly a fight-changing thing!"

lol, OMG! A ref called a foul! He must be Tyson's best friend! He was doing what he was paid to do, enforcing the rules

and in fact, i am disgusted by the inability or unwillingness of 90% of pro boxers to obey the rules of their sport.

I have never called McClellan clean. Ever. Stop attributing things to me that i never said.

You can do your own research. Or you can buy them from me. I'm not going to point you to the competition, even if there was any, which of course there isn't, because i have the rarest fights on Earth, here in my living room

Benn is a dirty fighter

I like Hagler just fine. Again, lol @ the boxing detectives here.

undisputed, I feel that McClellan's condition is a result of two intentional headbutts from Benn. I've watched that fight several times, and i don't see any other way to call it. Dehydration probably played a role too. I never said that Benn pissed me off more than the others; in fact, i specifically said he reminded me of Lennox

I'm not angry on a personal level about it, cause i don't really give a shit about either Benn or McClellan. I'm not a particular fan of either man, in or out of the ring.

tapoout, i've seen the Toney set go for less than that. Let me look around and I'll see what i can find

look man, all i'm saying is that Benn JUMPED and headbutted McClellan one of those times. I dont' know how anyone in their right mind could see that as anything other than intentional. No one with eyes in their head could say that Benn didn't rabbit punch and headbutt his way to that win

not to mention that the ref warned Benn like 4 times for rabbit punching? all those were accidents too, you think?

lol, i'm not debating that Ben was dirty based on the McClellan fight. I just watched 24 other fights of his

Actually The Benn v Eubank fights were televised
here,i dont know if it was on telemundo or what, but i
saw them.
I am interested in knowing how those Benn fights got
on DVD,long enough for you to forget about them Jason?
Are they legit or done privately for your own viewing
pleasure.
In my memory Benn was'nt what i would call a dirty
fighter,a very exciting one but no dirtier than the
average.

nat, I bought them from someone in the UK. Benn hits to the back of the head more than anyone I've ever seen. He hits low occasionally. He clinches way less than average

Gator Man, I watched the second Benn-Eubank fight in my college apartment. It was on Showtime.

Also, you are dead wrong about Benn-Barkley being Benn's first fully televised US fight. i have a tape of Benn-Doug DeWitt that I just watched a couple days ago (great commentary by the ABC duo of Alex Wallau-Dan Dierdorf).

What else don't you know but are willing to act like you do?

lol, that's a long list, i imagine

Gator I remember the ABC team doing the commentary, it was in Jersey.

SKY TV doesn't do stateside fights.

No worries, just playing gatekeeper on ya...

"Nat, Benn vs Eubanks 1 and 2 were NOT televised in the USA. not even on re-play. they were broadcast on sky network in the uk "

that's you, not them dude

undisputed, i think if you watch Benn's career as a whole, you'll see that most of his fights (not the 1 rounders) are characterized by him rabbit punching his opponent.
