Just got the car and I have yet to get insurance
The lady said as long as I take care of the damage she won't go through insurance but I don't really have extra cash to be throwing around to fix it
Should I just get insurance right now and let them take care of it and pay a lil extra every month or should I just pay out of pocket privately with this lady....once again keep in mind I can really afford more than 200$ out of pocket

You're mistaken if you believe you can [legally] obtain insurance that will pay for a loss that already happened, so you're paying out of pocket for this.
Insurance doesn't cover accidents that already happened. 
...and zero chance anything will cost you less than $200
