I've been wanting to see it for awhile,especially since I am interested in documentaries of mma,jiujitsu and muay thai.
I hope it is good.
I also ordered Pridefc middleweight championships2003 finals aswell as The Smashing Machine.
I haven't seen the Day of the Zen but the Pride 2003 and smashing Machine are awesome.
Day of the Zen is worth watching for the training footage and the questions Sperry answers honestly. However, when I got when it came out it was close to $35 and it wasnt worth that much.
It's pretty good. All in all, it is a day in the training regimen of Mario Sperry. The only problem with is that it is very short. however, it's a good way to see how the top guys train (Murilo, Minotauro, Shaolin, etc).

Great DVD! I got more out of it that I use in training than from a regular instructional DVD.
Yeah I paid $29.95 for it,I hope that it is really good for that type of money.
What about Rampage's documentary,how is that?
