I think TJ takes this fight based on his forward pressure. Dom was finding it very hard to deal with DJ's pressure and he is a much smaller man. With TJs forward pressure and the fact Dom hasn't been able to fight in awhile, this is a very bad matchup for him.
I'd like it to be known I am a Cruz fan however and sincerely hope it doesn't go that way.
Mmamath
Fact Dom has only fought in twice in well over 4 years whilst TJ has been in the octagon about 10 times in same time doesn't bode great for him tbh
It's been so irregular in terms of ring time that I'm just not sure I know Cruz these days as well as I did say 6 years ago (in which the time between he has fought 4 fights max).
Makes it tricky to gage in terms of form
Did you watch with the sound off?
No, I'm intelligent enough to know when commentary turns to hyping, sir.
Dom thoroughly beat DJ 50-45. Dominick is going to make TJ look amateur.
warez - Dom thoroughly beat DJ 50-45. Dominick is going to make TJ look amateur. He beat a smaller gentleman with strength and takedowns, his standup didn't offer much for Mighty Mouse and in current times is have to say TJ is much more aggressive than DJ.
That being said, how do you think Dom will get the win?

I compare to TJ's latest performance against Joe Soto and I think TJ gets flustered by Dominick's feints and knee taps.
I think dominator wins by either late stoppage or decision.
I would love to see MM vs TJ. I think MM takes it by dec.
Aldo the apache - MmamathMMA math is not what he is saying.
He is talking about a particular style that Dom had trouble with. If you want to be as cliche as saying MMA math then "styles make fights".

Aldo the apache - Mmamath
You obviously don't know what mmamath means.
Communist Basterd -I agree with you. My point is that Dom had never fought a guy with good footwork and entry's until MM. Now he faces a similar challenge in the unorthodox movement and entry's that TJ brings.TeePeeHaych -Tj and mm have totally different styles.Aldo the apache - MmamathMMA math is not what he is saying.

Make no mistake about it, this is the hardest fight of both Doms and TJs career.

Nobody in mma close to dj's weight will make it look easy on the feet against him. The fact he is tiny and lightning fast was to his advantage.
TeePeeHaych -Yes, but MM is also WAY faster than TJ. I am willing to bet TJ hits way harder, and is stronger. But I don't see how you can compare the twoCommunist Basterd -I agree with you. DJ was out striking him but overextending a lot and getting taken down.
That was a great card.
I thought dj looked great in that fight.
Rock the Gaspare -You can compare the two by their vast separation from everyone one else when it comes to understanding footwork and movement. Speed and power is what separates the two.TeePeeHaych -Yes, but MM is also WAY faster than TJ. I am willing to bet TJ hits way harder, and is stronger. I think dominator wins by either late stoppage or decision.

Communist Basterd - He had trouble dealing with Mms speed. Tj isn't as fast as mm or as good on the feet for that matter. He hits harder, tho.The Dj that fought Dom isn't the same fighter he is today. And the even bigger question is Dom the same fighter he was 4 years ago?
Dom will most likely mix it up on the feet a bit and then go to his strength which has always been his superior mma wrestling.
Hopefully he's not hurt or rusted out. We'll see.
