The rob kahn seminar held at PlanetJJ (Jeff miller), was great. ALOT of new twists and what I find best about rob is he tweaks the moves that already work and the positions that already work and makes them work for your game. He also showed a bunch of new angles to work on, you know, those moves where you just HAVE to submit someone. Not only thge moves, but hte set up and the strategy. All around game tweaker/modifier/improver. thanks rob, and most of all, thanks Jeff for letting me crash at your place and roll w/ your crew. Tell 'silva' i said what's up and big rich that my backis still fuct. and tell pam that i listened to Integrity all the way home.
