Tyler is black, I'm from New Zealand and maoris assimilate to black american culture, they call each other n*****, they listen to rap music they identify as black/brown skinned people.
The post was racist no doubt, but I don't find it anymore racist than some of lyrics in rap music or in black american culture in general, it seems blacks can say whatever they want about their own race without being called racist. So why is it different for someone who is dark skinned and identifies with that culture but is from a different country?
it seems like a real double standard to me and I think dana overreacted. At the end of the day he called some journalist a faggot not too long ago and offended a whole group of minorities and he apologised (only because of the uproar) and moved on amd expected everyone to forgive and forget, why is the punishment so severe for someone who is genuinely sorry about saying something stupid about their own kind?
black people can not call each other that word and they don't. many of you cant grasp that concept for some reason.its even more offensive if a black person calls another black person that name...you're confusing two different words and or trying to act like its the same word when its not. they are two completely different words with two completely different meanings and uses.
a black or dark skinned person gets punched in the mouth just the same as any other race/color who calls someone that name.
XxFIST2FACExX - Its ok for Dana to call Loretta Hunt a cunt and to call someone a faggot but he will take the contract from a kid that did something almost 2 years ago that was dreamed to be racist but he is dark skinned and thats no different then the 2 African Americans I heard this morning while playing for my gas refering to one another as my nigga
its a huge difference, like the complete opposite. and again, its not even the same word being used.

Lol what country are you from?
People of the same nationality often use words that would be considered racially offensive among each other (esp youths) because they can. And they know it's not meant with malice because if it was the person in question would be offending themselves just as much.
You really have no idea what you're on about.
the u.s. of a! fresno, cali to be exact.
fact, here anyone who calls another that word no matter what color the two people in question are is offensive. a black person can not call another black person that name w out it being offensive.
again you cant seem to grasp the usage and difference between a at the end and er at the end. er at the end is never allowed by anyone of any race or color.
"fact, here anyone who calls another that word no matter what color the two people in question are is offensive. a black person can not call another black person that name w out it being offensive."
Bullshit, I've heard blacks call other blacks that jokingly many times. Lol at trying to act like you are the black people authority.
Kinkle - "fact, here anyone who calls another that word no matter what color the two people in question are is offensive. a black person can not call another black person that name w out it being offensive."

you never heard them say that.you heard what you wanted to hear.
SQUEEZIE - again you cant seem to grasp the usage and difference between a at the end and er at the end. er at the end is never allowed by anyone of any race or color.
Again you can't seem to grasp how little you know about this because Tyler used the variation ending with "a".
Which according to you shouldn't be offensive when used between two black people.
It's amazing to me that the guy (that would be you) handing out advice like its candy on here is the one most in need of it himself.
no he used er you stooge or we wouldn't even be having this discussion.
and its ok for a non black person to use a at the end as long as it is ok with the people around them and the person they are talking to.
skin color and or race should not matter at all. a at the end anyone coull use depending on who you are talking to or depending on who is around.er at the end is offensive no matter who says it.

its really that simple.
In Australia, the two words are pronounced exactly the same way due to the accent. Nobody is able to tell whether somebody is saying "nigger" or "nigga" while speaking, therefore the words' meanings can easily be considered interchangeable.

Rantuckjr - Why do we care if this guy likes black people or not? If he is a minority, if he isn't, is he racist, is he not, does his ethnic group identify as black, blah blah blah.
This guy wants to make a career out of fighting and now that opportunity is taken away because he may or may not like a group of people? Everyone doesnt have to like everyone. We dont all have to be friends. Who cares who he likes. I am sure there are plenty who dont like him for the same reasons.
It just blows my mind that in a profession in which two people punch, kick, choke, tap out, knock out each other, we are worried about who he likes.
Hey Tyler, go kick that guy in the head until he he is knocked out, but make sure you dont say anything that might hurt his feelings.
Would you spend your money going to a Patriots game if Tom Brady was openly racist?
Maybe you would, but a lot of people wouldn't, and that cost the company money. This is no different. Tyler, through his own actions, made himself a bad investment.
Comparing him to Rampage does nothing but show how stupid the people on this forum are when it comes to business. And in case you forgot, they don't fight for free.
I would never spend my money to go watch a Patriots game no matter what Tom Brady thought.
All kidding aside, when i go and watch a football game i go to watch football. I do not care what the players on my team like or dislike, what their beliefs are, who they hate, etc. For all i know there are multiple black guys on my favorite team that hate white guys. I do not care, as long as they play the game i came to watch be played.
Herman Munster - ^ buddy assumes Kajan is no good because he has 9 losses. Stupid mistake that future opponents better not make. Kajan entered mma as a pro at 17 years old before mma got big. He learned the sport by taking his early lumps in the cage/ring, but to his credit stuck with it. He's gone 13-2-1 since 2004, and his skill level is absolutely at the UFC level now..
I agree 100%. I saw him fight years ago in TKO when he still had dreadlocks, and i'll be honest, I wasn't a fan. He was loud, and brash, and arrogant - or at least that is how he came across to me then.
I saw him again many years later and he was the complete opposite. He was very skilled and had a great attitude. I believe that was the fight against Claveau, part 2. I was really impressed and have been a fan ever since.
That's a lie. People can't change in a few short years. Ask the fattie known as Abe Froman.
Guaranteed you are a middle aged white guy with a thick gut who claims he's still an athlete. Guaranteed.
Guaranteed you are an insecure black guy with a complex and a blame everyone and everything for your failures. The white man is holding you down. Guaranteed.
Oh and since we are doing a history lesson, I guess you are not familiar with the one drop rule since you want to claim this guy would not have been considered black anywhere.
da Vinci 81 - The fact so many people have jumped up to defend Tyler for a clearly racist photo is what's sickening. Kajan did nothing wrong aside from helping to show that being a racist asshole still carries some consequences.
...but it's typical, and they'll use any backwards, biased, bullshit point to make it be anything other than what it is, like don't trust your lying eyes.
People are researching genealogy to prove this dude is black enough to call people the n-word. LOL
Meanwhile, if Rampage calls somebody white they'll lose their gotdamn minds.
Welcome to the Tyler cause, it will be over soon, at least until another person does something racist and gets called out for it. Won't be long either....
And the worst part is Tyler has gained more recognition and support now than he ever would have without being outed as a racist. Nobody watches TUF nations or cared about it but suddenly he's the poster boy for the poor misunderstood bigots of the world.
We don't understand their culture. Oh wait, now EVERYBODY is Australian and Australian stands for chigaboo!
You are being racist towards Maori and aboriginal culture. Shame on Abe.
ABE FROMAN - Doesn't have jack shit to with black Americans. If black americans wanted to be called some aboriginal slur on the basis that we are aboriginal I'd call them wrong too.
Neither does this.
It was a Canadian guy who got offended (who doesnt fit your definition of black either i guess) by a member of an Australian minority group who posted a picture of an African (not African American) kid. So black America can stay the fuck out of this conversation too.

I feel sorry for your mother.
Please elabotrate.
Is it because i dont play along with the crown that PRETENDS we have to be nice to and like everyone.
There are very few, if any, people on this forum that can HONESTLY say they havent talked shit about a "protected" group of people. That havent been nice to someone's face and then talked shit behind their back. You dont like everyone, everyone doesnt like you. Stop pretending we live in this perfect utopia or that we ever will. I judge, you judge, and the only difference is i am willing to be honest about it.
