Karate is only good if taught by Mr. Myagi himself.
But when I see a karate "master" catch a bullet in the mouth or the hand without it coming out the other side I will be a believer. I did see one caught in the chest but he almost died from it.
There are a lot of K-1 fighters who use karate very effectively. Half the shit talkers who think they are experts would be lining up to lick their crack if they ever met them face to face.

Shorinji kenpo isn't a karate style!!! You guys should learn more about bujutsu. Shorinji kenpo is ju jutsu mixed with kung fu, karate style is Shorinji-ryu. Kondo isn't karateka. He is crosstrained mixed martial artist with background in japanese ju jutsu style.
But Nino does Karate too and he KO'd Saku and in turn was beaten himself by wrestling. So BJJ and karate is better than pro-wrestling but real wrestling is better than BJJ and Karate combined?
We need a formula to help us out here really.
