Katie Couric's director Federal Gun Crimes

Guilty of straw purchase and interstate gun purchase without going through a FFL/background check

That's someone dedicated to their propaganda cause...

She keeps insisting that video what she had her producer do was "perfectly legal." Uh no, you stupid bitch. You had your producer break numerous federal laws. He should be in prison, and you should as well if he bought them for you (straw purchase). Phone Post 3.0

LOL. Even the collagen-filled, trying way too hard to stay hip, upper middleclass white lady knew that sounded shady. Where's the rest of the video?

lol......hope the authorities pursue legal action

Owen Gregg - The feds are selective with the gun crimes they pursue. They won't even look at this.

This.  Just recently there was an anti gun reporter who went on TV and did a show and tell with a magazine that was illegal to own in the state he was in.  He broke the law on national fucking TV.  But he was anti gun....so of course, no charges were ever filed.

At my age anything within the last 5 years is recent.

Gun charges get thrown out in cases against violent criminals all the time, yet we see cases like this where nonviolent people get the book thrown at them.  It's insane.

Look at what happened to this poor family:

I read the court decision of that case and it made no sense to me.   It was a childishly hyperstrict interpretation of the law, and yeah, in comparison to the TV reporter not being charged, it was a travesty of justice.

...THIS is why gun owners aren't too keen on Obama's so-called "common sense gun laws"

The funny thing is is if Trump is elected he will make sure she's prosecuted.
