keeping mouthguards clean

Retainer brite or efferdent,

mouthwash is a no-no it will dull the finish of most guards.

It is extreemly impotant to clean your guard if you own a dog the smell from decaying food is like a magnet to dogs we remake about 10-15 guards a week that have been chewed up by dogs.

Huh, didn't realize the finish on mouthguards that important - I just use a
crappy Everlast one I picked up on the way to class one day.

But I do do the mouthwash thing as often as I remember, which isn't as
often as I should be. Just make sure to wash it off thoroughly when you're
done - hopping into the ring with it and getting the full blast of
mouthwash right as the other guy starts throwing is pretty awful.

IMO,store it with your cup.
