Keto + carb back loading. TME

I want to start a keto diet but I'm worried about the lack of carbs pre and post workout. I only weight train m-w. Any advice on carb loading just around workouts, when hopefully those carbs will glycogen reserves? Other days of week will be strict keto. Thanks fellow hog swingers! Phone Post 3.0

Check out Firas Zahabi on his TriStar YouTube channel. Talks about Keto vs Hi-carb diet, I think it's his most recent video.

Basically he says to have your carbs rationed around before and after workout. If you have multiple sessions per day, then you'll have more carbs, then others on Keto. Never mix your carbs with high fat ever.

I'm on Keto and feel great. Phone Post 3.0

no such thing as keto carb backloading

Been on Ketosis for 3 months and lost 60

I started working out when the weight loss staled around 1 1/2 month ago. Today workout was

Warmup
Jump rope for 3 min, 25 full extension abs and 10 KB swings

Workout
10 minutes , 1 minute jumping rope for 30 seconds fast , 15 jumping lunges on the next minute with the rest period being whatever is left... Alternate each for ten minutes

Then for 15 minutes ,20 burpees, 20 wall ball squats, 20 kb deadlifts.... No breaks and as many rounds as you can do in 15 minutes.... I did almost 4 rounds

My energy is better than I have ever been on Ketosis and not a single time did I felt weak or too tired.

I also use onnit shroom tech sport as my only workout supplement Phone Post 3.0

I did all the diets but the best weight loss and performance was this.

fast from last meal up to 16-20 hrs so basically push breakfast forward or if you work/school eat right after work.

so morning drink lots of water, tea,or coffee but no calories

but once your fast is done eat protein, carbs ,fat 40/40/20

I'd say eat 1-2 of those meals maybe 1 pre workout meal or post and to whey shakes if still hungry.

you will lose weight fast

meal 1
looks like this chicken 8 oz 1 cup brown rice or quinoa, maybe some veges

meal 2 same but just change up your protein source if needed

after the shakes your prob sitting around 1600 -1800 cal

for the day

cheat on fight night saturday if needed

this is how I went from 240lbs to 170lbs in a few months a few years back
