Zenoplata - Mic skills aside, Jericho is much more technical than Shamrock. I think he would be able to use that against someone like Anderson Silva who has shown he doesn't do well against wrestlers.

Shelton Benjamin would have been good for MMA. He was a lousy wrassler, but had the credentials to transition into MMA. Probably saw more money in WWF so he took that road instead.

Why is it necessary to train for MMA when it's been proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that the pro-wrestling style is vastly superior? Look at the success of guys like Brock Lesnar, Bobby Lashley and Sakuraba in the MMA world.
Now look at Ken Shamrock, Dan Severn, Tank Abbot and Tito Ortiz - all guys that were at one point either title holders or considered top 5 in MMA. None of them even sniffed the gold in WWE/WWF/WCW/TNA.
It's obvious pro-wrestlers can do the dance in MMA, MMA fighters just can't keep up in pro-wrestling. They are just superior athletes. You can only imagine the type of damage someone like the Rock would do to a clown like JDS.
