Does anyone remember Kevin Rooney's number system he used to use with Tyson?He had assigned a number to each different punch and he would call out number combinations and Tyson would throw the punches that went with those numbers.
Does anyone remember the specific numbers he used with the specific punches?
that systems works really good, its what my coach uses with us. its much easier to yell out 2 than straight right.
