As some have brought up, the “narrative” has been that if Conor manages to hit Khabib then it’s Conor’s fight. But Khabib has been hit plenty and shrugged it off, so we can’t know that Conor hitting Khabib will actually have the effect many presume. What if Khabib gets hit and like he has in every fight, just keeps coming? That will be an “uh-oh” moment for Conor.
Lots of arm punches and exhausted fighters throwing them. Khabib does have a good set of whiskers on him and won’t be a One Punch and down guy. He will be like Nate in the first fight. Conor will need to land a big kick, knee or multiple punch combo to put him down.
I have Khabib taking this but I am darn nervous about Conor getting shots while Khabib is coming in.

Khabib may very well maul Connor, but Conors ability to hit his opponents flush is what he does best in the world.

I don't believe Conor has crazy power, but he has the ability to land clean, flush, precise punches on opponents in just the right spot.
Which is why he drops opponents often but doesn't 1 punch KO them.

Khabibs best strategy would be just wrestle and not let his hands go at all. Don't open himself up. Just take Conor down and maul him. If he stands with Conor, hes likely going down.

I dont see him going to sleep with one shot. But I do think there's a good chance he gets knocked down repeatedly if he engages on the feet with Conor.
