Shamil Zavurov, president of the Eagle Fighting Championship (EFC) promotion, owned by former UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov, said how much the organization’s fighters receive on average for a fight.
“The average fees are 500 (thousand rubles) and higher that our guys get. These are rather big fees at the moment.
These are young guys, we don’t have big names, but we try to do everything for the athletes: travel, accommodation, halal food (permitted by Allah) for those who need it. We pay differently, someone gets two sums: for the show and and for the victory. Someone just one fee. Negotiations are being conducted with each one separately,” Zavurov quoted by “Match TV”.
