This is true. Overeem has always had a massive body frame and a tiny little pea head, which is what makes him look so massive like a superhero. 



Kharitonov, Arlovski and Werdum on the other hand are large but proportionally normal, so it's easy to forget how large they are.

Its been a long time since I'd seen Kharitonov fight - I'd forgotten that he had pretty good boxing. In fact, was he a boxer before going to MMA? By MMA standards his striking and footwork is very clean.

I also didn't really notice any initial rush. The fight was pretty even until near the end, when Overeem did one short rush, after which he seemed pretty tired.
