I don't know a lot about your situation. I've followed along a little bit and noticed some things. This is coming from a good place, not trying to attack you at all. I think you need to get a professional and get treatment. Med's aren't a cure nor always the answer, but they could definitely help you keep your emotions more consistent and even until you can get therapy to develope better skills. Gambling is terrible for many people and something else you'll need to bring up and addess. I think you have some very deep and strong issues that no telling where they came from. You're wanting to achieve these wild instant gloyifications like AGT or JRE without having a true talent to display. You seen to have unreasonable goals for the moment and are distracted from the area's and things you should be focusing all of your time and energy towards.
Most definitely get to Psychiatrist and Psychologist ASAP. For your own personal goals, scale things back to ground zero. Shoot for the stars later. Start by getting yourself healthy mentally(mainly)/ and physically. Getting your thoughts and emotions under control will be incredible. Find simple things to get joy out of. I dont know what type of skills or experience you that would be applicable for employment. You definately need consistent full time employment. The daily routine and work duties will keep your mind focused on your tasks and give you break emotionally from your other thoughts. Try to find employment that you can atleast tolerate and maintain a positive attitude about. As you start building a foundation towards improving your financial and living situations, you'll start to feel better about youself. Find things to entertain yourself that are safe (no gambling.) Allow your family or whomever to give you any love or support they are willing. It will be a longterm challenge. As we age, I think its natural to lose a lot of the interests that we once had. Work on yourself, putting yourself in the best possible situations and use the best tools available to you. You have to work on your mental outlook though. Its something we all battle. Get a family member or friend to maybe go with you for support to start, but find a professional, like tomorrow. Good Luck Kevin

Thank you for that my friend, I've learned that I need to get my body right before I can get my mind right, tomorrow I'm getting back into the gym.
I'm determined to lose 20 lbs to get to 200 lbs
Someday maybe I will get professional help, I just have these moments where I just need to reach out to somebody and I grow past it,
I've learned in life by just putting myself out there to people, whether it's on here or on my Instagram, makes me feel a lot better.
Thank you again my friend I really appreciate everything you said
Here is your hard dose of reality. What are you a fooking 13 yr old female? Grown ass humans going on a cheaply made reality show in hopes of fame and fortune are usually the same idiots complaining about plastic straws. If you were serious about this shit you would do what everyone else does. Sell everything, move to Hollywood, get addicted to coke while trying to give zj's to wanna be movie producers so they can look at your screen play! Thats how Chris Pratt did it! I heard it only took him 3 zj's before someone took his screen play writing abilities serious and gave him a tv spot! Go unleash your inner Starlord.
Seriously though, you need real help and coming here isnt going to solve your issues.
Thank you everybody for your feedback, got back in the gym today, feeling a lot better I'm not scared to address My lows in life, it only makes us stronger
