The thing is Buentello decides where the fight takes place. I think Paul is better standup or on the ground, but if he gets rocked he can take it down and sub Kimbo.

I think Paul would wreck Kimbo at this point.
Let Kimbo fight a few legit fighters first before stepping up to that level.
Paul has been in the sport 10yrs and has over 30 fights. Not once has he shot a takedown. This fight won't happen not because of Kimbo....but because Bas and Shaw don't want to see their Golden Goose get KOed.
Kimbo loses that fight by KO or decision if his chin is strong enough. I think Paul is a level above Kimbo at this point.

Kimbo needs two or three more fights with lower tier guys before stepping up to Buentello's level. Let the guy develop; he's got 3 fights fer chrissake.
