I purchased the Fighters Notebook way back in the day. I even have two of the old submissionfighting.com t's. My copy is worn, pages missing and the binder is falling apart. My question is this, I am looking for a pdf of the book but didn't want to violate any of the rules. Is it ok to ask for it here?
