On GSP

“I’m going to rough him up – be the bully,” says Josh Koscheck of his UFC 124 fight versus Geoeges St-Pierre.  “All the pressure is on him already. It’s his home town, his fans, his belt. Add the pressure I will be bringing and you get a champion reigning on borrowed time."

“I’m going to have a whole new arsenal to throw at GSP. I’m bringing it all- If I owned a branding iron I would probably bring that too. I have every advantage. He has the belt, the home town arena, and all those adoring fans to please. I just have to worry about hitting him as many times as I can- this is not a fight that is going to go the distance.”

“The last time I fought GSP I didn’t even know how to fight. I have evolved since then- George is still the lay and pray fighter he has always been. In my opinion, the fans want more these days. They don’t want to watch twenty-five minute long wrestling matches. They want fighters that finish, preferably by knockout. Wrestling is a means to an end. Wrestling is the means by which I will set-up and then end GSP’s welterweight reign."

On Paul Daley

"Funniest thing about him is that he had fifteen minutes to hit me in the face while we fought and didn’t. Not really anything else to say about him – suckerpunchers are cowards. I don’t care if it’s a cage, a ring, or just a local bar. Screw 'em."

On Tito Ortiz

"His head is on the block and next on the list. I walk around a solid 193 or so- I would be happy to fight him at 205 if he would just find the guts to accept the fight. He never will but a man can hope. Don’t insult a man’s friends the way he insulted Mark Coleman and expect to not get smacked around for it. In fact I think I am going to learn open palm technique just for his sorry ass."

On Social Media

"Social media like Twitter and Facebook have made this business a whole new game. As a niche sport we have the strongest self supporting community in the world. Fans have never been so close to the fighters and it has meant a lot for new promotions."

"A promoter needs two fighters for an event? He can find 20 in ten minutes on Facebook. It is part of what makes our sport better than any others. I got my very first MMA fight by responding to an online request on MMA.tv. I don’t see that dynamic changing anytime soon."

Wow Kos really dislikes Tito

 OLD NEWS is OLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

GSP is going to hurt him badly.

I am really pulling for Kos, but I must admit that I don't feel too confident about his chances.

GSP has a track record of destroying guys in rematches.. Hughes, Serra, BJ.

kos speaks the truth. no go kick his ass sea bass

Koschek is delusional as always.

would like to see kos vs. tito as well. the trash talk would be phenom. almost like a match b/t q.jack vs. bisping.

Tito would decimate Kos

I hope so and I would pay too see it!

tito made his bones in this sport when kos was jerking off in porn forts after wrestling practice!

Coleman can fight his own battles bro...

Tito would wreck him... I'm pulling for Kos against blanket GSP though.. He's exactly right in what he said about GSPs style.. Its boring as hell.. The only GSP fight I enjoyed was when Matt Serra knocked him out.. Oh and his fans are the most annoying fan boys ever..

Koscheck will kill Taco. It will be a standup fight and a 170lb Kos has more power then 220lb half crippled Taco.

Fitch after GSP laid on him.

How can Kos expect anyone to take him seriously after he called GSP a lay n prayer?

Machida, Penn...almost Silva...why not GSP...not really a Kos fan but than again not really a GSP fan...I could give two shit's which way this fight goes but Kos might have the momentum of regining champs losing their crowns!

Tito is twice the size of Kos.

tito would take the fight, he loves fighting much smaller people. zuffa wouldnt allow it imo. and kos appears to be the same fighter as he was vs gsp1

Kos will say anything to hype this fight.

"I walk around a solid 193"

- So including Kos that makes aroun 4 opponents that were as big or bigger than GSP.

So who was the guy Kos fought when he responded to a request here on the UG?
