I can't even say anything because I have never seen Kos use an ounce of bjj from him. Maybe some basic grappling bit that is about it.

Gi with Salter, M.T.Th 7-8:30...Marks and Bullard
No Gi M.W.Th 5:30-7 and Sat. Marathon Rolls 11-1pm.

I trained w/ Dan a couple of times and (as everyone knows) the Cam brothers are legendary in their ability to throw people right into a submission.
I rolled with a 260 lb Rickson brown belt (who also was a Judo BB) and he was thrown and submitted by Dan in under a minute.
