CanadaGirl, Bill is on vacation right now and I'm not sure if he has access to email. As far as I know, it depends on what province you're fighting in. For example, in BC, MMA fights require different medicals from city to city(Municipal,iirc) whereas Montreal has the same set of medicals throughout the province(provincial).
Double check with him when he gets back but I'm pretty sure that's how it works.

The standard it Hep B, C, HIV, EKG and a physical with a doctors note saying he checked your eyes. (Not an eye exam)All within 1 year of the fight date.
Then it changes from city to city. Eg. Edmonton requires cat scans or MRI. Prince George requires blood work within 60 or 90 days, I don't recall which.
And these can change as well.
The promoter of the event would let you know what's needed.
