I was in the Fort Benning main exchange looking for a book to read for my plane ride to Iraq and ran across Kyle Maynards autobiography. Has anyone read the book? Would you recommend it as a good read? Thanks in advance.

YES YES YES
I loved it it's the book that got me interested in reading again actually.
He's a remarkable subject.
Kinsey,
That will be very good reading for the trip. I settled here in Georgia after leaving the Army at Ft. Benning and am proud to call Kyle my friend. Check out his newest project at www.noexcusesathletics.com
drop us an e-mail and let me know what unit you are with and we will send you some supplies!!

Most definitely. I have my own personalized copy from the man himself. Get the book! Do it now! :)
Very good read. He writes well and you'll go through the book quickly.
TTT
Great book! I have read it twice. It's very insperational.
I would recommend it.
His story is great, although the writing is just okay. But the story itself is great enough it overcomes any so-so writing, i'd definitely recommend it.
Kyle Maynard is amazing.
ttt for kyle
is he still planning on fighting?
Awesome book! Made me look at my life and realize how "handicapped" I really am. I can come up with an excuse not to do anything. Kyle is an amazing human being.
Absolutely. Very well written and inspiring. The book is a valuable look
inside the mind of a very determined young man.
No way, it's a horrible read imo.
Actually, I'm very honored to hear you were able to find the book in the main exchange.
Montanez - I'm looking forward to seeing you fight again and congratulations on securing the Main Event spot on the next Wild Bill's card
Oblas is letting me back on the mic for the play-by-play. Big gamble on his part
Kyle, I've got a copy from a friend who asked me to get you to sign it. It's at HardCore.
When are you coming back into town? And what's been up lately?
"Big gamble on his part"
lol
Oh, and the book is good. It's the first book I've read since senior year of college in 1998.
I should be back up in Athens real soon. I just started training again...I'm about to go to some interval sprint work in a few mins. I'll call you when I come up next, to sign the book and flip you some advanced cash for those shorts..since it's been a 6 month process on my end, lol.
And Oblas, you don't have to pretend Auburn requires you to be able to read when you graduate. We all know that just isn't the case
