I know they recently went nation wide with their gyms. Does anyone know if they are a credible place to train? I went to the one in Coral Springs, FL. the other day and the guy teaching the MMA class hasnt even fought before . I dont want to get off topic , but I just wanted to know the credibility of this place . Thanks
I used to train at a place that was formerly affiliated with LA Boxing...
They are a corporate company and don't really know much about the product that they are trying to deliver...
However, with that being said, I can safely say that I have met the likes of some incredible instructors through my days at the LA Boxing franchise...
Boxing, BJJ, Muay Thai classes were great...
Not to mention that they had all the cardio and weight lifting equipment right in the same place...
It just depends on your location...Most of them will give you a free day, so I'd say give it a shot...If you don't like it, you can always go somewhere else...
