This is not intended to be insulting in any way.. but I dont know how in the hell Lambert makes weight @ 205 when looking at him I would guess he's pushing AT LEAST 230lbs... the guy must be hollow. thats my only explaination!

He's 5'10, which is on the short side for LHW. He probably walks at 220, which is really huge for that height. So I agree with you somewhat.
I personally think he'd be better suited to 185, but that's just me.
