I have a commercial grade lat pulldown for sale if anyone's interested. It is all 11 gauge steel and weighs 500 lbs at 7'6" tall. It has a low pulley row, dual chrome guide rods, and adjustable thigh pads. It is all black. The store it was sold from charges 800.00 for this unit. This one has been used about 5 times and is basically brand new. It is plate loaded, but far higher quality than any other machine of it's kind.
