Here's the thing. I am looking for low fat, low carb snack ideas. And nothing exotic because I have a very severe case of acid reflux (surgery bad).
So far, I have lowfat cheese and pickles. But that's getting old real fast.

How about any sort of lean protein? Chicken, turkey, tuna, etc.
How low carb are you thinking? What type of diet are you following?
as low carb as possible.
i eat carbs in the morning, but not past 5 pm. i doing my very best to get down to 170 lbs. from 185.
my diet is very low fat, no red meat, lots of protein and no white carbs.
i'm craving chocolate big time. its really the only thing i miss.
any thoughts?
Are you getting most of your carbs from fruits and vegetables? If not, you could try that.
Do you have enough good fats in your diet? I know that eating too low fat (for me, and others) can be really hard and unnecessary. I found that by adding small amounts of fats to meals, I get way better results with less effort.

Well cutting 15lbs isn't easy dude.
DO you know what you weigh in the morning? Well I'd check that out as that is a more accurate reading then later in the day as you have had food and water.

believe me. i know its not easy. but i'm committed and motivated. i just get hungry after dinner because i'm doing the small meals throughout the day diet. i should be pretty ripped when it is all said and done, and i think it'll be worth it.
i weight about 184 in the morning. i've been eating very clean and working out religiously. i'm stepping up my cardio and easing up a bit on the weights.
Make sure your snack is light. Celery, a little yogurt
or even a protein shake an hour or so before bed.
I'm in the same boat in a sense. I walk around at
180-185 and fight at 170. I'm in the process of
cutting right now and what works for me is making sure
I keep my meals at night,light and train in the
morning with only a small protein shake or a piece of
fruit before.
Following this pattern I can usually drop about 10lbs
in 2 weeks and not have to worry about cutting and
dehydrating myself right before the weigh in.
Get some prilosec for that reflux man!

nothing cures the problem, only makes it liveable.

Some good unsaturated fats are macademia nuts, cashews, and almonds.

Damn man sounds like a bad case of reflux. Ive gotten it a few times where it feels like the acid fairy pissed down my throat at night. Does only eating late do it for you, or any eating?
On the low fat cottage cheese note... try putting it in a blender with some herbs/spices (whatever is okay with your stomach). Blend until smooth and use as a veggie dip. Tasty! Unless you are cutting veggies along with your other carbs?
