Since I started doing BJJ last year, I have been steadily losing weight. I was around 85 kgs this January, and now around 70 kgs.
Needless to be said, the loss was more unwanted fat but I hate to admit that there might have been muscle loss, as well.
I am now quite toned, but I would like to gain lean muscle and weight, probably 75-78 kgs.
Any help would be greatly apreciated. Thanks.
Unless you were on a fairly decent weight lifting program prior to training, and stopped when you started bjj. Id bet money you havent lost any muscle.

I'm no bodybuilder, but I think you're going to have a hard time gaining 75 kg.
Just my two cents.

Just bodyweight exercises. No gym access...

the most i ever put on at one time was 50kg of lean body mass, and I used a TON of steroids. and most of that weight was a tumour.

Tumour. Jeez, I hope you're ok now, man. I won't touch steroids, tho, but I'm only asking for around 5-8 kgs of clean bulk. ;)
Eat more. You're probably burning more calories than you're taking in.
You could also just buy really heavy shoes. Then you' be way heavier.

Or wear two gis during the weigh ins...
5kg shouldnt be a problem. Just eat clean, get 1.5g protein per pound and eat 500 calories daily over what your maintenance is.
Also, no such thing as lean muscle. That implies that there is non lean muscle. All muscle is lean. You are either adding muscle or adding fat. There arent two different types of muscle mass you can put on depending on exercises/diet
Get in some good proteins, watch your calories and lift. You can easiliy add mass while traneing UFC or BJJ. How do you think the fighters pack on size? Na'mean?

I know, man, but I'm afraid I don't have access to all the training and nutrition opprtunities that these fighters have... ;)
