Learned from US Pride airing

Not evident from JPN or Korean broadcast...

-Trigg still stinks compared to Bas. Enough to hurt enjoyment of show.

-Barnett blamed conditioning for performance, this time too much training as oppossed to not enough. Tapped from pain and fear of getting soccer kicked. Despite conditioning complaint, he thinks he'll be ready for OCT show? WTF?

-Overeem tapped more due to Arona leg kick that dropped him. Couldnt manuever. No eye poke or anything fishy like some Arona-haters assumed.

-CroCop claims he was going to retire if he lost.

-Wand wasnt KO'd cold. He was up and around, but you know, not feelin' great.

You forgot to mention that he said Cro Cop's finger accidentally poked his eye and that he couldn't see so he tapped...

"You forgot to mention that he said Cro Cop's finger accidentally poked his eye and that he couldn't see so he tapped..."

Yeah well Silva couldn't see from his left eye either and went out in a blaze of glory.

Josh definitely got poked in the eye or something. As soon as Mirko punched him, Josh said quite loudly "Oh sh*t" and held his eye and quickly tapped. (And Mirko had landed numerous similar punches that fight, it wasn't like this was Josh's first time being tagged. But it was the only time that drew this reaction.)

It certainly wasn't intentional, and Josh was losing the fight anyhow, though.

["dude, you already had time to watch the japanese, AND the korean broadcast as well as the american one?"]

Amazing this this technology thing. Oh, and I only skimmed the JPN broadcast to see if it showed anything substantial that the Korean broadcasts commercials nixed. Yes, I still ordered the US ppv- support the sport bitches!

Happy birthday Mirko.
