Been reading more about how fasts can stimulate autophagy and lengthen lifespan and healthspans and be great for biomarkers.
I know a few folks who have done lengthy fasts (i.e. A week or more) and swear by them.
I know intermittent fasting is the OG rage. I haven't seen anyone talk about more lengthy water fasts.
Was looking to see if folks had any knowledge about this.
Thanks in advance.
