What are the main similarities and differences between it and Muay Thai or between it and old Thai styles such as Muay Boran?

You should check out Colonel Amnat Pooksrisuk's Ancient Bare Knuckle Muay Thai seminars. Khun Kao brought him to our gym for a seminar and it was very good.
