                    <blockquote>

It’s been a long time coming, but on Friday, December 30th, former UFC heavyweight champion Brock Lesnar makes his long-awaited return to the Octagon to face former Strikeforce champion Alistair Overeem in the main event of UFC 141 in Las Vegas.

And since so much has gone on in the 14 months Lesnar has been away, we’ll refresh your memory of one of the sport’s most compelling figures with a collection of some of his most memorable quotes.

Not a social media kinda guy (2010)
“I don’t pay attention to anything, I really don’t. I don’t buy pay-per-views, I don’t go on the internet. I live, eat, and breathe fighting, but it’s all about me. I don’t care about Who’s Who in Ultimate Fighting, I really don’t. It’s very important to not get too involved. It’s like a job. It’s part of your life, but you’ve got to realize how to separate the two. When you go to work, you go to work, and when you leave the office, you leave the office. I don’t bring the office home with me.”

On his second bout with diverticulitis (2011)
“I’ll tell you one thing: I’m not retiring. This isn’t the end of my fight career. I have a strong faith that there’s a solution to every problem. I just gotta find the right solution to fix this problem. I love this sport and I love what I do. This isn’t the end of Brock Lesnar.”

On Brock Lesnar (2011)
“I was born this way. It ain’t an act, and it’s not a line. There’s nobody out there like me. I was born to do this, and I’ll fight whoever they put in front of me.”

Warrrr brock! Phone Post

Still not sold with Ubereem MMA wise.
I thought for sure his rematch with Werdoom was going to definitive, but it was very forgettable.
Neither did anything. Phone Post

He was born to ultimate fight.

I thought he was born to play in the NFL and be a Sports Entertainer....

brahmabull81 - He was born to turn and run from someone punching him.

This.

Oh, and this. lol

" i was born to do this"....too bad ur chin wasnt brock

swany - " i was born to do this"....too bad ur chin wasnt brock

It's not his chin, it's his reaction to getting hit. His chin is solid.

brock is an athlete , not a fighter, doesnt have those instincts

Oh yeah you keyboard warriors would take Cain's punches without flinching...

I don't know how anyone can say that Brock is not a fighter. He's fought and beaten legit fighters. So if you lose to Brock, you're not a real fighter then?

He HAS beaten tough guys for sure. I like him a lot. I just wish he wasn't scared to stand. Phone Post

Lol @ the nerds saying his chin is weak, its his reaction, he has a great chin Phone Post

I dont think his chin is the problem. We've seen him take hits that would ko most hws. The problem is his reaction to getting punched which is like most human beings. Just needs to get over it. Phone Post

He is gonna show reem what strength is! Phone Post

Would love to see Lesnar spoil a lot of people's night

This Phone Post

brock is never going to call mma, mma. He will call it "ultimate fighting" forever because he is the true captain meathead.

OaktownWhiteBoy - Born to do what, get tagged and react by running away?

I haven't watched a Brock fight in a while so this might be a stupid question but other than the fight with Cain when has he ever done this? I mean I know he caught a beating from Carwin but I think he tooks the hits pretty well and kept defending, even if it didn't look too good, so is it only the Valesquez fight that earned him this reputation?
