Disagree with Brock, he wasn't a special enough athlete to make it to the NFL, where real money is made!! Just to be clear I think he's a monster, but he's operating in a division of monsters, none of whom were special enough athletes to make it to the nfl or the nba

Probably shouldn't talk shit if you don't even know what you're talking about. He was the very last person to be cut by the Vikings and could have played on their euro team if he wanted and probably would have made the team the next year.
GJdeux - I don't see what the big deal is. Special athlete? How? He's a big guy that used steroids to get bigger (allegedly of course}, is in the WWE, F or whatever with scripted performances...and had a few fights in the UFC. What is the big deal? Really. So what, he can take getting hit with a chair. Was he in the olympics? a major sport that takes a great deal of skill? Did he? I just don't get the hype about him. He is big. Whoopee.
You just gave yourself an extra chromosome. I wouldn't proudly display it.
He's competed at top levels in multiple sports, most notable are his wrestling accomplishments:
2x State Champion 2x NJCAA Heavyweight Champion 2x NJCAA All-American 2x NCAA All-American 2x Big Ten Champion 106-5 record overall in college
He also won AND defended the UFC Heavyweight Belt.
Nothing special? You want to see "nothing special"? List your accomplishments so we can see how they compare.

Zoot - There might be 7000 people with his size and athletic potential on the planet. Fewer than 100 who've realised that potential to the extent he has.

So what happened then? He chose to give up the millions he was sure to make to enter the wwe? Something he scorned a couple of yrs previous?
I wouldn't say I'm talking shit, no doubt Lesnar is a phenomenal and special athlete, but no more special than other ufc fighters cut from the nfl, guys like Mitrione or Schaub

Do you understand what it takes to play in the NFL? How many college football players never see an NFL camp?
answer....A Lot, in fact the majority never even get an opportunity.
Mitrione and Schaub both had great college careers.
Brock never touched a football helmet in college and walked on an NFL team and was offered a developmental contract. He was hanging with and in a few cases beating offensive linemen who have played their entire lives for that moment.
That my friend is a one of a kind athlete.
What happened was he didn't want to live and play in Europe

When nothing else use the join date as it is meaningful. Here since 03 so...whatever. Wasn't thinking of his collegiate record, my bad. After that...I'll still say nothing special. He was comparing himself to Bo Jackson which is what I was thinking about.... but really...using the join date? Just stop.
Nothing else is meaningful? You act like all I did was post a sign up date. I crushed you with facts.
Stop?
Fuck you. I won't. And there is NOTHING you can do about it except have a nice day.

he is a way better athlete than most of the nfl. He was the last cut from the team after not playing a down of football since high school. He was already a millionaire, he wasn't doing it for money, he was doing it because he wanted to. No one doubts he would have been able to make the team the next year if he would have spent just one year developing.
He's not a pussy. He is a giant roid head who can't take a punch period. He wants to. He tries but when he gets hurt he runs or folds like a lawn chair. But let's examine just who is hitting him . Cain and Uberreem. These men aren't average. Brock is huge but he's just a human with emotions and feelings. He can cry and still be a man and he does. He is a fragile flower sometimes like most people and sometimes all that hitting gets him upset. Just because he uses ballet sometimes doesn't make him a puss. He is just a tender man. One in a million.
Brock is one of those freak genetics we all wish we were. Some people can cry he was/is on roids blah blah but look at his high school pics. Brock is just one of those freak of nature we all wish we were.
