I am considering writing a short story about all the things Greg Jackson killed. Help refresh my mind. Right now, I have: 

  • UFC 151. "UFC 151 will be remembered as the event Jon Jones and Greg Jackson murdered." -DFW
  • Sports. "Greg Jackson is a f***ing sport killer." -DFW
  • MMA. "Greg Jackson's gameplans are going to kill this sport." - Dan Hardy
  • The distinction between MMA and track. “If I wanted to see [Condit] run for 25 minutes I’d go to a track meet." -Ronda Rousey
  • Rousey hype. "Ronda Rousey came crashing to the canvas with the ineffable thud of an unraveled Ponzi scheme[.]" -Sports Illustrated

It' hilarious how Dana or Joe Silva never took any blame for that.  I would have loved to hear him say "sorry we went with the boxing style and put such a shitty card together and now no one wants to see it."  Years prior, GSP backed out of the main event and the card went on.  Lesnar backed out of another and it went on.  Both went on without replacement fights.  They just scrapped the main event. 



Now all of a sudden that was Jones/Jackson's fault why the co-main event couldn't stand on it's own.  You greedy fuck Dana.
