Dean Lister will be fighting Amar Suloev at PRIDE FC: BUSHIDO VULUME 4! This will be an awesome fight! I like both fighters so I do not know who to root for. Lister is considered the world's best grappler by many, he has an MMA record of 6 - 2 - 0, his most recent fight was a loss to Jeremy Horn by decision (That fight was a war!), with all of his fights being in King Of The Cage, he is the former KOTC middle weight champion and he won the absolute division at the 2003 Abu Dhabi Combat Club Submission Wrestling World Championships. Lister fights out of San Diego CA, and trains at City Boxing. Suloev is a very good fighter, he is very experienced with a record of 17 - 4 - 0, he is currently on a 4 fight winning streak with his most recent fight being a win over American Top Team star Din Thomas "Dinyero" by TKO. Suloev is good both on his feet and on the ground. Suloev fights out of Kalinin City, Armenia and trains at the Red Devil Sport Club. This fight will be AWESOME! Two of the world's top middleweights will be fighting each other. The only problem with this fight is that both of these fighters deserve to be in PRIDE FC, but for both of them it will be their debut fight in the PRIDE ring and one of them must lose. Hopefully we will see both of these fighters in PRIDE FC for a long time. I believe Dean Lister has a 6 fight contract with PRIDE, so he will be back no matter what, but I do not know about Suloev, he may need to win this fight to secure a spot in the PRIDE roster.

TOugh, tough fight for Dean Lister. Suloev is very hard to take down and can finish quickly with strikes, hopefully Dean can impress Pride at the very least, although he sighned a multi fight deal, so maybe its Suloev who needs to impress Pride.

Dean will take him down and beat him there. I don't think Amar has the ground skills to keep up. Props to Dean though for fighting a such a tough first fight with Pride. Amar is definately capable of KOing him.

Isnt Dean bigger than Suolev? Suolev is more of a natural 200 pounder whereas Lister has to cut to make that weight.
