Judging for mma has been horrid since they first went to judging, decades ago. But in the past few years the judges have gravitated towards flashy power shots and aggression. Other than control time the stats were close. New flashâŚjudges give two shits about control time.
The first round was closer than everyone is saying. But the third round was Gordon using the standing butt flop and it cost him the fight.

UFC/Dana will continue to fix fights until scoring moves away from the 10pt boxing system.
