I trained/hung out with Lodune when TUF 1 ended and he was training for his 1st UFC fight against Nate Quarry. I was even the one who told him he was fighting Nate Quarry (NO idea how I knew before him???). Lodune was a cool person with a lot personality and had his ups/downs like everyone in this world. I hadn't spoken to him in years but it was such a bummer to get the news that he left this earth. As you can see we had some tough dudes training with us...Those were good times. R.I.P. LODUNE SINCAID.
