I started watching this show Cabinet of Curiosities on netflix last night. It’s woke and the first scene opens up with a racist redneck listening to the radio (and turning the volume up) that has a guy talking about the border, brown people taking our jobs and that they should go back to their own country.

That was the first episode of like 8 and all are from different directors. I’ve watched 5 or 6 and none of the others are at all woke.

Also, Giurellmo Del Toro (sp?) looks like he’s about to lose both feet and a hand to the beetus. He’s enormous.

Awesome show imo.

The guy was deaf in one ear from a war injury. He needed the extra volume to hear. He wasn’t particularly racist - he seemed to hate everyone.
