I managed a full time professional career as a billing Manager for a utility where I worked at least 50 hours a week. I did this while training for fights. You can find time if you are interested.
Lately I’ve been working 60-64 hours a week
I try to still lift weights or do cardio for 1 hour a day
I have no more time after that I’m afraid
