They have already admitted that they have a lawyer which means they are looking for financial compensation. However no charges have been filed by the state. Redflag #1

This Cynthia girl, first sort of backed up their claims that something happened, then said she wasnt there and doesnt really know what happened. Oh by the way, here she is posting a pic with Tyson. ( I have no problem with Mike, but if you are supposedly a person with "zero tolerance for sexual assault" then how do you explain this picture?

BJ Penn has a beautiful family . He lives close to his parents and his brothers. He spends a ton of time with his two daughters. His lady is gorgeous. He's not so dumb that he would jeopardize all of that.
People are capable of doing dumb shit, but I always ask if it makes sense. If BJ wanted to get all fucked up and go after a chick who didn't want him, do you think he would do it next door to his house? With his mom down the street? LOL
Come on, it would be more believable if someone tried to say this happened after a crazy night in hollywood, or honolulu, or even at Jackson's (kidding).

Here's my thinking while having no real knowledge of the situation other than what's out there. If something happened why sit on it for 5 months then mention it and make it out as it was a huge situation to you ? Not saying someone wouldn't but what is an actual realistic reason? It only weakens the entire case and if this dude essentially sexually harassed your girlfriend wouldn't you bring it to light ASAP? I know I would . As for the Cynthia woman I apply the same logic to her. Oh really he got physical with you when you didn't want it yet you waited to mention it till after you tried to make this other situation about yourself which was actually disproved . I've refrained from commenting on this up until now but I'm sorry that seems shady as fuck. lol, great logic. Highly representative of the real world! It's only poor losers that sexually assault women. Professional athletes with lots of money and fame and their pick of supermodels certainly have no history of sexually assaulting women.

She said she backed them up because they told her about it at the time, it sounds like she and Pedro found at at the same time. And also because she had some sort of interactions with BJ during the same week that made her believe it. She clarified later to make it clear that she didn't witness the assault.
