looking for a post...

I'm looking for a post that was made some while back (maybe 1-2 months ago) where the guy was training twice a day. Kinda of doing an abbreviated workout twice daily. Does anyone recall this thread or did you write it?

On another note, im currently 77kg and my next judo comp the weight catergorys are -73 and -81. How do you dicide whether to cut, stay the same or bulk? Ive got roughly 6 weeks...
