No carbs after 2? I heard cutting out carbs only works temporarily. Once u go back to carbs the gut comes out again.
My gut aint that big, but sticks out of my T-shirt just a bit. :) I've had a fuckin gut my whole life. I've never really been on a diet cause im not really fat anywhere else. Just my gut and my love handles.

According to this article that came out recently, you can't target fat loss. You can reduce your overall body fat but can't control the distribution of it.

hehe I had a gut at 175 too.. and now I am 205 and still have a gut and I could never get rid of mine either. I tried changing my diet and lots of cardio but it still hangs around. I finally just said fuck it and Ill live with it

The theory behind reducing carbs is pretty simple. Your body uses carbs for energy. If you intake more carbs than you burn, your body will store the excess carbs as fat. It you intake less carbs than you burn, your body will used its stored fat as energy and burn off your excess fat.
The reason that people lose weight by cutting carbs and then gain weight when they go back to them is because they are intaking more carbs than they burn and their body starts storing those excess carbs as fat again.

people complain that they gain all the weight back after they go off a low carb diet.Yes u will gain a bit of Glycogen/Water back BUT!!!!.The majority of it is they get right back on the regular shitay diet again.
Steroids should do the trick.
