I've gotten myself into pretty bad shape, I went from 205 to 360 in about 10 years.
I had surgery and couldn't work for a while, that plus lots of beer and bad eating, and not being able to work out because even still I'm hurting from complications of the surgery, so I can't do much.
I work 3rd shift now and barely have time to grab food, so when I do get a chance to eat it's nothing good.
Basically I've fell into some real bad habits and I'm looking for advice.
I need to get a plan together, and stop fast food, and get healthy food that's easy to make and fast.
