Low Single

Are there any tips, and/or variations that would make the low single more effective? Or, any good set-ups for the move?

Thats a review of John Smith's video on the move, sounds like a good video to get. I personally wrestle against a guy at practice that has a NASTY low single and it's incredibly hard to stop.

get them walking towards you, I set up out of a clinch, break them down (head snap) when they stand the lead leg becomes light, head to the inside of the calf, I like to be at an angle so my shoulders are facing their opposite leg.
