From UFC.TV, it saids:

"Eastman will now fight UFC newcomer Travis Lutter (6-1-0) from Dallas, Tex., in the pay-per-view card’s other light heavyweight match."

Does this mean it's a PPV fight?

They should have this one on air, this card is suffering IMO and a fight like this could make the night.
