While I agree to some extent, I think Lyoto's habit of keeping his lead hand low during and after his rear hand straights is potentially devastating against a well-timed H-bomb.

I think the fight would be great and I'd love to see it, but I'd hate for Lyoto to give a dominate performance only to be caught suddenly. I think Henderson's go-to combo of inside leg kick to H-bomb would not go well, but there would be 3 or 5 5 minute rounds for him to land one punch and those are not great odds for Machida.

i don't see Machida getting hit by the h-bomb. ryan bader is similar to hendo as he's a wrestler with a powerful right hand. while hendo and bader are not the same both guys biggest weapon standing up is the right hand. i have a hard time seeing machida getting hit by it.

Machida is the LEAST likely fighter alive to get hit by the H-bomb.

I don't think Machida has the power to flat out KO Hendo with the way he strikes meaning if they traded shots, I'd take the H-bomb any day of the week.

Machida would likely float outside though and avoid Dan's clinch winning a UD. Either way it'd be a close fight though.

 I disagree. Machida is a deceptively powerful striker.

He has 1 punch "lights off" strikes (Rashad, Bader...)



I'm not saying he would KO Hendo (due to Hendo's unbelievable chin) but he could cause him real problems stylistically.
