Maia makes every fight look easy except the title fights and number 1 contenders.

Maia subs him. Belal is tough but not elite. Maia is older now but his skills are what brought him to the dance, not youth ie. speed and reflexes or athleticism which fade with time.

Iā€™m wondering why Maia is the underdog. All of his recent losses are to elite grapplers capable of shutting down his game. Belal is a purple belt who wrestled in high school.
