The September 23 card is looking good so far. I don't think it's completed yet. I would assume one or two more B Class matches will be added...

Awesome, awesome card so far. In the B Class fights, you have Akagi and Hirota, who look like very promising up and comers. And then there's Osawa stepping up competition against the sliding Uematsu. Intriguing. The little speed devil Hokazono FINALLY returns, and against another guy who hasn't fought in a long time.
And then of course, Mamoru/Moura 3, which will hopefully settle all scores in that rivalry.
The last two months have been pretty quiet for Shooto, but starting in August (with Sakurai/Kikuchi and Rumina/Melendez) it looks like things will start to heat up again.
