I give Henderson the advantage in all areas in this fight I think he can get the KO. Shogun does have good kicks but I figure Henderson will get a take down off one them eventually. 
I know it may only be for this fight but this decision makes me nervous for Shogun because his biggest weaknesses are wrestling and his strength & conditioning and it seems he's more likely to get those better at Kings than the other places he's trained. Hopefully he brings in some good people to continue to shore up those weaknesses.
