Uhhh whoops
"Quit porkin' my gal, Sean Patrick Flanery!"
When I think about it I want my boys to stay living at home as long as they want, shit is just brutally expensive and I don't think creating debt for yourself is the answer to do things.
My mom actually moved in with us about 18 months ago. We had moved away and bought a house big enough so she could move in. She is in her 70's and slowing down and alone. Shit, she is easier to live with than the wife. Now my wifes parents would be no fucking way.
SoupCan - I moved back in with my dad when my mom passed, he's 73 now and I've been living with him for nearly 5 years. You are a good man.
I've since married and had two kids, I've also bought the house from him and my wife stays at home and raises the kids and takes care of him. Not like she changes his underwear and shit but he's pretty sick and she cooks for him and make sure he takes his medication. If he was capable of taking care of himself and the up keep of the house i would feel like an asshole but the way I see it is it's my time to care for him.
I'd move my dad in here in a heartbeat, I just can't stand his wife...

I am pretty sure we could live with my parents, but it would be tense at times. My wife's mom was widowed six years ago, and is starting to have health problems. She has been staying with us for weeks at a time and may move in with us in the not too distant future if she can't live alone. Could be interesting...
I'd need a compound...like the Kennedys...then every family could have their own place.
Love yes, live no.
